As part of the online ordering process, you will be asked to specify your preferred method of payment. In the Launch online shop, you have the option to choose from a variety of secure payment methods. The security of your data and a hassle-free ordering process are of paramount importance to us. To guarantee absolute security, we use our own SSL-encrypted security servers within the Launch online shop. You can recognise the security feature by the lock symbol in the footer or address line of the respective window and by the added "s" in the URL.
PayPal
When you place an order with PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal website. There you will need to log in with your PayPal username and password. Before submitting your order, check that the total amount and your billing details are correct. If you are not yet a PayPal customer, you can still choose this payment option and then set up a new account or pay as a guest. If your order consists of several deliveries, your PayPal account will be charged separately for each delivery. Orders paid via PayPal benefit from PayPal Buyer Protection. Your PayPal account or credit card entered as a guest will be debited upon completion of the order.
Prepayment / Bank transfer
Before we can complete your order, we must have received your payment and booked the amount. Please note that a bank transfer can take up to 3 working days, depending on the bank. When making your payment, please be sure to state your order number under reason for payment! Otherwise your payment cannot be allocated and the dispatch of your order may be delayed.
