Terms of delivery
CHIPTUNING-TOOLS.COM delivers goods ordered online by parcel post. Reuse of used cartons: We partly reuse old, but intact, cardboard boxes from other manufacturers, because environmental protection is close to our hearts! In a world where a carpet of rubbish as big as Bavaria is floating in the ocean, it is very important to us to set an example and to lead by example. All products that we send to you are original goods that we store in larger containers in our warehouse, pick for our customers and pack in used cardboard boxes - for the sake of the environment! Partial deliveries: Since we want to get your items to you as quickly as possible, it may happen that an order consisting of several items is carried out in partial deliveries. Some items are also delivered directly from the supplier. The shipping costs are displayed for each item directly in the online shop. The exact amount of the shipping costs is shown during the ordering process and only has to be paid once. In the case of a mixed order, only one delivery fee will be charged.
Delivery area
We currently deliver to customers in Austria and Germany. If you would like delivery to other countries, please contact us personally so that we can provide you with an individual offer. No in-store collection
Collection is only possible by prior appointment!
Delivery time
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. The ordered goods are dispatched as quickly as possible within the scope of availability and after successful receipt of payment. The delivery time is indicated separately for each item.
In most cases, it is logistically impossible for us to combine items that come from different manufacturers and have different delivery times into one delivery, as they are usually delivered directly to you by the manufacturers. This means that your order may consist of several deliveries.
In exceptional cases, it may happen that a desired item is no longer available. We will inform you of this as soon as possible. Shipping costs

Switzerland To private customers with a Swiss billing address, we are also happy to deliver to delivery addresses in Austria or Germany. A refund of VAT after export is unfortunately not possible.
Outside the EU For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply. We have several shipping partners waiting to deliver your order. Depending on the type of product, product size and product weight, delivery will be made by parcel post or freight forwarding. Afterwards, please inform us immediately in writing by e-mail to office@chiptuning-tools.at with photos and the transport damage found! We use the billing address to identify you as a customer and, if necessary, carry out a credit check to avoid non-payment. Therefore, it is important that you always provide us with your personal, private address, even if you would like to have the goods sent to your place of work, for example. If you do not specify a different delivery address, the billing address will be the same as the delivery address. Different delivery address To have your order conveniently delivered to a business address or to another recipient, you have the option of specifying a delivery address that differs from the billing address in the ordering process. To take advantage of this, please enter your preferred delivery address in the "Different delivery address" field during the ordering process. The invoice is enclosed with the delivery and will not be sent separately. In addition, you will also receive your invoice by e-mail.
